Arthur J. Ferrari, III
Arthur J. Ferrari, III is the President of LineageCRE. He attended Barrett Honors College and graduated Arizona State University with a degree in Global Business Financial Management. Upon graduation, he became the Director of Finance for Abart Properties Corporation, a private commercial real estate investment and development company, where he currently still retains the position. Over the years, he has been responsible for target acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, contract negotiations, financing, financial
management, asset management and investor/tenant relations. In 2014, he decided to join LineageCRE and bring his background and expertise to help expand our property management footprint throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. He has a very personal “hands on” style to help him effectively manage the portfolio of properties and keep close ties and representation of all our tenants and landlords.He is readily available for all our clients. He is a member of BOMA, ULI and REIAC’s Phoenix Chapters and participates in NAIOP. He supports the charities of Lion’s Club and Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Amy has a Bachelors in Social Work from Bradley University, a Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University and is currently working on her Masters in Business Administration, also from Benedictine. With a background in healthcare, Amy followed in her family's footsteps and transitioned to real estate in 2007 and has since received her Arizona Real Estate Broker's License. Growing up in the real estate industry provided Amy with a strong foundation on which to build her skills as a fiscally conservative and results oriented real estate professional.
James Michael McMenamy
James Michael McMenamy graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Management in 1982. He has been an employee of LineageCRE since its 1993 inception in Bourbonnais, IL. After a brief hiatus during the mid-2000s, Mike rejoined LineageCRE at his current position of property manager. Mike’s experience includes the construction industry where he served as superintendent for El Paso Sand Products – A Division of Material Service and General Dynamics. In addition to his responsibilities at
LineageCRE, Mike has been the qualifying party for its sis construction management division. Mike is currently working to receive the certified property manager designation from IREM.
Sharon Straughmatt has worked for LineageCRE for nine years. She started as the company’s Senior Accountant and now works as the company’s Controller. Sharon has been in the Real Estate Accounting market for over thirty years, and has worked for such companies as Coldwell Banker, Equitable Real Estate, Grubb and Ellis, Ross Brown Partners, and Collier’s International. She works with brokers, property managers, asset managers, CPA’s and real estate owners in all aspects of the real estate accounting industry.
As assistant controller for LineageCRE, Guy is responsible for supporting the accounting function, financial analysis and reporting, and portfolio development. He works closely with property managers and clients to provide accurate and timely information. Guy graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting. His experience includes both public and private accounting as well as information systems. He is currently working to become a certified public accountant.
Vincent graduated from Scottsdale Community College and has worked for LineageCRE since 2011. His responsibilities include general and preventative maintenance of all building structures and systems, including building access systems, security, lighting and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC/EMS. He is currently working on receiving the Facility Management Professional designation from IFMA and receiving his real estate license.
