Arthur J. Ferrari, III
Arthur, better known as “Tre” among his colleagues, is the president of LineageCRE, where he oversees business development and day-to-day operations. Arthur joined LineageCRE and brought his background and expertise to help expand our property management footprint throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. He has a very personal, hands-on approach and he makes himself readily available to all our clients.
Prior to joining the LineageCRE team, he was the Director of Finance for Abart Properties Corporation, a private commercial real estate investment and development company, where he honed his skills of underwriting, due diligence review, contract negotiations, financing oversight, asset management and investor/tenant relations.
Arthur is very active in industry groups and the Arizona community. He’s a member of BOMA, LAI and REIAC’s Phoenix chapters and participates in NAIOP. He supports the charities of Lion’s Club and Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
He attended Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in global business financial management.
Amy has a degree in Hospitality Management and is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Property Management. She continues to be a member of the Institute of Property Management and volunteers on the Student Outreach Committee.
With a background in restaurant management, Amy transitioned to real estate management in 2002 and received her Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License in 2010. She recently completed the Broker Management Clinic courses.
Her experience includes management of neighborhood, regional and power shopping centers, industrial properties and office spaces.
James Michael McMenamy
Michael has been with LineageCRE since its inception. After a brief hiatus during the mid-2000s, Mike rejoined us at his current position of property manager where he manages all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties including marketing, operations and financial activities. Additionally, Micahel is a qualifying party in our construction management division.
Mike’s experience outside of LineageCRE includes several years in the construction industry where he served as superintendent at a sand product company acquired by Material Service Corp.
Mike graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in business management. He is a member of IREM, BOMA and IFMA, and is currently working to receive a certified property manager designation from IREM.
Sharon has worked for LineageCRE since 2007, starting as the company’s senior accountant. She works with brokers, property managers, asset managers, CPAs and real estate owners in all aspects of the real estate accounting industry. Sharon has been in the real estate accounting market for over thirty years, and has worked for such notable companies as Coldwell Banker, Equitable Real Estate, Grubb and Ellis, Ross Brown Partners, and Colliers International.
As assistant controller for LineageCRE, Guy is responsible for supporting the accounting function, financial analysis and reporting, and portfolio development. He works closely with property managers and clients to provide accurate and timely information.
Guy graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting. His experience includes both public and private accounting, and memberships in the local chapters of CCIM and BOMA.
Denise is the first contact for tenants and vendors regarding work orders, maintenance and minor billing inquiries. She provides assistance to the property manager, ensuring a positive experience for all tenants. Additionally, she works with the building engineers to resolve building issues quickly and efficiently.
Prior to joining LineageCRE, Denise held positions in development, raising funds for local non-profits. She has also worked as an event coordinator in the Valley and in New York City.
Denise received her BA in Communication from Arizona State University.
Vincent has worked for LineageCRE since 2011. His responsibilities include general and preventative maintenance of all building structures and systems, including building access systems, security, lighting and electrical, plumbing and HVAC/EMS.
Vincent graduated from Scottsdale Community College. He is currently working on receiving both his real estate license the Facility Management Professional designation from IFMA.
David joined Lineage in 2015. Skills learned during his 12 years as a certified Chrysler master mechanic have proven him to be a valuable addition to the LineageCRE team. As a building engineer, David is responsible for monitoring building system operations and performance, including preventive and corrective maintenance; repairs and installations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment; machinery; and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings.
