Our History

The Ferrari family has had its hands in commercial real estate since the 1960s, when our grandfather, Arthur Ferrari, Sr., started buying and managing commercial and small residential properties.

But LineageCRE’s roots as a business began in 1993, in the heart of Illinois, as the management arm for Abart Properties Corporation, predominately servicing multifamily properties. In 1999, we set up new headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Once here, we focused our attention on office, medical office, industrial, flex and retail properties. Over time, we grew to represent over 500,000 square feet of property, and by 2004, we were building up our third-party clientele.

These days, LineageCRE is headed by the oldest of the Ferrari’s third generation, Arthur Ferrari III, with other family members involved in various capacities. Around 70% of our managed portfolio is now third-party clients.

As a family business, we love building great relationships with our clients, vendors and tenants, making them part of our family and securing our continuing lineage as one of the most respected names in the industry.
